PAINTINGS

My paintings incorporate my main passions which are the personal spaces of gardens, nature and the wider landscape. The paintings are bold, expressive and semi-abstract with strong shapes and patterns which reflect elements found in the 'outdoors'. I love the flowing shapes and repetitions found in nature.  The wonderful vast spread of patterns and patchwork in fields and moorland, contrasting beautifully with the tiny seed pods, pebbles and seeds found right under your feet.
